In a career which spans almost 5 decades of active design practise, my work has ranged from luxurious residential design, to tiny, charming boutiques - from restaurants to retail, hospitality, cruise ships, airports, departure lounges - most every venue of design..... as a proud member of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) for 30 continuous years, I am also a Registered Graphic Designer, a member of SEGD (Society of Environmental Graphic Designers), a member and a participating public speaker of DMI (Design Management Institute)

Moreover I have taught design (interior and graphic design) at the college level over the last 20 years, most recently as a professor in the interior design faculty of Algonquin College, Ottawa. My courses this past semester were AutoCAD,

Technical Design & Detailing, and Materials, Products and Resources.

As an early AutoCAD pioneer (version 1.4) I attained an AutoCAD Master’s certificate 20 years ago, and am currently honoured to be a recognised Gold Beta test site for AutoCAD for MAC.

Since January 1, 2011 I have been writing a weekly design blog,

This I do completely as a personal initiative as a contribution to designers, students and even clients. It focuses on all design - from graphics to architecture, from architectural photography to 3D modeling - resources, design tools, interviews, it runs the complete gamut of items of interest to the design community.
